Our confectioners really tried to combine the normally incompatible products - raspberries and tomatoes! Special "Philadelphia", mascarpone cheese, natural cream and white chocolate helped us to combine ingredients characterized by mild freshness and acidity into one combination. Cranberry biscuit with almond flour, natural butter, real eggs, sweetened with agave syrup. Filling - tomato and raspberry puree without sugar, lemon juice will add definition. Matcha tea mousse flavored with cream, mascarpone and mozzarella cheeses, egg yolks gives the cake lightness, and agave syrup gives a subtle sweetness.
