Svarbu: kai kuriuose tortuose naudojamos nevalgomos konstrukcinės ar dekoravimo detalės (padėkliukai, atraminiai stulpeliai ar sutvirtinimo kolbelės), kurios padeda užtikrinti gaminio stabilumą. Jos yra tinkamos sąlyčiui su maistu, tačiau nėra valgomos, todėl pjaustant tortą rekomenduojame jas pašalinti.
